Information you choose to share
The inventory enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, phone number, inventory category and stock location. You may also provide your website, approximate quantities, stock condition and a message.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to contact you, assess a potential inventory purchase and discuss the relevant commercial and pickup arrangements. Please submit business information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive documents through the public form.
Where your enquiry goes
The form sends your information to SR Infotech’s existing CRM endpoint at mycrm.srinfotech.biz. It also includes the page or button location from which you opened the form, when supplied in the URL. This helps identify the context of your enquiry.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on our production website to understand visits, page usage and how visitors find us. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and interaction information. Our website code does not send the contents of the inventory enquiry form to Google Analytics.
Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this website’s tag configuration. Campaign parameters may be used to understand traffic sources. See Google’s privacy policy and Google’s Analytics opt-out information for more information.
Website and external services
This website serves its fonts and visual assets locally. The hosting service and CRM may process technical request information as part of operating their services.
WhatsApp and social media links open services operated by other companies. Their own privacy terms apply when you use them.
Questions and requests
To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Include enough context to help us identify your enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
